About Horse Whispers
Horse Whispers is a collaborative effort by a group of people that care deeply about kids and want them to have everything they need to be successful.
The project grew from work that several Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) started a few years ago, connecting system involved youth to horses. These CASAs would bring youth to a ranch to work with horses and connect with them.
Eventually, a new site was needed.
This is when two amazing women, Natalie Hanneman and Kim Cornielle, made the connection that a new non-profit project, Horse Whispers, could fulfill the need of a new site, and would have the potential to serve more kids.
Natalie and Kim brought together a team of people that wanted to help get the project off the ground. Several active CASAs, a horse trainer, Natalie's husband Erick, and other volunteers and people who love the mission came together and determined what needed to be done.
Through the generous financial support of some, we have a small budget to help pay for the basic costs of feeding and caring for two horses, Jackson and Morocco.

Currently, youth and their CASAs are able to visit HH Farm once a week, appointments are required. While there, they spend time with the horses and are able to groom and play with them, spend time in the arena with them, and even do a bit of riding!
